Yes, if the firearm has attachment swivels compatible with those included in the set. Suitability cannot be determined by firearm type alone. How thick is the sling padding? The shoulder section uses approximately 9.5 mm thick foam padding covered with Endura fabric. Is the sling suitable for different clothing thicknesses? The wide adjustment range of 50.8–106.6 cm allows the sling to be used with both lighter and bulkier outerwear. The adjustment should be checked again for each clothing layer. How does the Endura differ from the Durango model? The Endura shoulder section is about 5 cm wide, while the Durango is approximately 10 cm. The Durango distributes weight over a wider area, while the Endura is more compact. When is the Allen Endura the right choice? The Endura is suitable for users who want a simple, padded gun sling with a wide adjustment range, without leather details or special features. It is well-suited for regular hunting and the shooting range. For heavier firearms or extended carrying, the wider Durango may be more comfortable. For better grip on a smooth jacket, consider the BakTrak Terrain or KLNG Traction. Recommendation We recommend adjusting the sling so that the foam padding is centered on the shoulder and the metal attachments do not touch the wood or metal parts of the firearm. Before carrying, check with an unloaded firearm that both swivels are fully closed. After use in wet conditions, allow the padding to dry completely. Do not leave a wet sling around the firearm or in a closed gun case, as moisture can damage both the metal parts of the sling and the firearm’s finish. Regularly check the stitching, strap wear, and condition of the attachment swivels. It is a practical basic choice for carrying a rifle or shotgun.
