The firearm should be shorter than this so the padding and zipper are not under tension. What can be stored in the four external pockets? The pockets are suitable for cartridge boxes, chokes, cleaning accessories, documents, and hearing protection, for example. Is the case suitable for a rifle with optics? This 52-inch version is primarily a slim-profile case for a shotgun. Suitability for a rifle with optics depends on the height of your firearm. Is the case lockable? Yes. You can use a suitable small lock (not included) via the zipper and metal D-ring. Can the Mocha Brown color differ from the photo? Due to screen settings and lighting, the actual brown shade may differ slightly from what is shown in the product photo. When is the Allen Daytona 132 cm the right choice? The Daytona is a suitable choice if you want to carry several smaller accessories along with a long shotgun. Four pockets make it more practical than simpler models like the Eliminator or Durango. If you prefer a classic cotton fabric and leather details, consider the North Platte Heritage model. Without the need for accessory pockets, a simpler case is lighter and more compact. Recommendation We recommend distributing the contents of the external pockets so that heavier cartridge boxes are not placed against the most sensitive parts of the firearm. Chokes and tools should be kept in a separate closed box to prevent metal parts from damaging the case or the firearm’s finish. After use in wet or muddy conditions, clean the Endura outer surface with a damp cloth and allow the case to dry completely. Do not leave a wet firearm in a closed case, as the soft lining may retain moisture. Practical shotgun case with four pockets The Allen Daytona 132 cm combines long firearm storage, dense padding, and a four-pocket storage solution. It is ideal for hunters or sport shooters who want to take their firearm and essential accessories to the shooting range in one case.
