This camera simultaneously transmits videos and photos to a mobile phone, 4 email addresses, and via FTP. Supports Full HD 1080P recording, night vision, and has 59 invisible infrared LEDs for wildlife observation.

The built-in motion sensor triggers recording only when movement is detected. To avoid false alarms, carefully consider the camera's installation location – remove branches or other objects from the field of view that may falsely trigger the camera. A 100° PIR angle, 0.5-second trigger speed, and up to 5 consecutive shots ensure the full action is captured with detail.

The color CMOS sensor, 5MP photos, and vivid Full HD 1080P videos during the day (black and white at night), along with multi-shot mode, deliver an unforgettable visual experience. Whether monitoring your home, garden, farm, or observing wildlife, the PNI Hunting 400C PRO is the ideal solution. Its compact size, camouflage housing, and adjustable brightness LEDs (High/Low) make it nearly undetectable. IP66 rating ensures protection against dust, rain, and moisture.

Send Photos (24MP) and Videos (1080P HD) via Email or Phone

When motion is detected, the PNI Hunting 400C PRO can send photos to up to 4 phone numbers via MMS and photos/videos to up to 4 email addresses via SMTP. Photos sent via SMTP and FTP/FTPS can be resized: Small (640x480), Larger (1920x1440), or Original (5M / 8M / 12M / 24M), depending on image settings.

FTPS transmission is a new feature that ensures secure and encrypted photo transfer.

Clear Images Day and Night. "No Glow" Infrared Technology

Even beginners can use the PNI Hunting 400C PRO with ease: LCD screen for setup, IR LEDs for night recordings, motion sensor to activate the camera when animals pass by, 100° wide-angle lens, and a micro SD card slot (up to 32GB – card not included). Tip: Format the card before use.

GSM 4G Module

With its built-in 4G module and SIM card, the PNI Hunting 400C PRO can send large-size photos to email and FTP/FTPS servers and MMS photos to a mobile phone. Using the free Trail Camera app (Android/iOS), users can configure the camera and receive real-time images remotely.

Setup Instructions:

1. Add the SIM card number to the Trail Camera app.
2. Copy the sample settings and only change the phone numbers and email addresses to your own.
3. Click “Send” — the camera will reply with: “SMS commands executed successfully!”
4. Use the “Get a picture” command — you’ll receive an SMS confirmation and an image via email.
5. If it doesn’t work, ensure there’s GSM signal (at least 2 bars) and verify the settings.

Setting Up the Camera with a Gmail Account

1. Go to Gmail “Security” settings and enable 2FA.
2. Initially confirm via SMS, then optionally switch to Google Authenticator.
3. Once 2FA is active, the “App passwords” option will appear.
4. Select “Mail” as the app and “Other” as the device, assign a name.
5. A password will be generated – use this instead of your regular email password in the camera.

PNI-CASE400C – Metal Security Case for PNI Hunting 400C and 480C Cameras

This vandal-resistant metal case protects the PNI Hunting 400C model from mechanical shocks, impacts, or falls. It attaches from the back and can be secured with any small padlock.

Optional Extra Security

You can use the separately sold PNI Smart Lock security cable to further secure the housing. The locking system allows a 2-meter steel cable to be secured using a combination lock.

PNI-LK-HUNTC – PNI Smart Lock Security Cable for Hunting Cameras

The PNI Smart Lock offers high-level security for trail cameras mounted in forests or outdoor locations. Also suitable for securing other valuables like bikes and scooters.

Simple Locking System

The steel cable (2 meters) locks into a special carabiner. The padlock has a changeable combination (factory set to 0-0-0).

To Change the Lock Code:

1. Set the wheels to 0-0-0.
2. Pull the shackle and rotate 180° counter-clockwise.
3. Press the shackle inward and set a new code.
4. Write the code down.
5. Release and return to the original position. Rotate wheels to lock.

Repeat to change the code again.
